Bessie Boyd

Dr. Bessie Emerson Boyd is a retired elementary school principal who received her Doctorate in Education from Aurora University, a Master’s in Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from University of Illinois at Chicago and she studied at San Diego State University.

Bessie is proud to be a member of the Chase Real Estate TEAM in Naperville, IL where she uses her skills in educating buyers and sellers in traditional real estate transactions and assisting investors in building their investment portfolios.

Bessie specializes in bank foreclosures, HUD, under market properties–which is very useful when she works with both new and experienced investors–and she is a registered broker with the Home Partners “Rent to Own” Program.

Although Bessie has been a resident in LaGrange, IL for more than 50 years and her office is located in Naperville, IL, she builds her business on referrals which have led to listings and sales of properties in the Austin, Bellwood, Chicago Heights, Chicago Lawn, Hillside, La Grange, Park Forest, Maywood, Steger and other communities.
